We work closely with Collyer Bristow's Cyber Stalking Unit, which is a dedicated team of lawyers who advise victims of cyber stalking, cyber harassment and cyber bullying. We also work with the National Centre for Cyberstalking Research.

Expert Criminal Investigator & Surveillance Operative
Formally a career detective with the Metropolitan Police, having served on specialist squads at New Scotland Yard and within the National Crime Squad, investigating and combating serious organised crime. Left the police service as a Detective Inspector having completed 30 years exemplary service. As well as providing considerable investigative skills, our consultant is an acknowledged expert in covert surveillance and undercover operations both as a leader and practitioner |
Expert Crisis Communications Advisor
A Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel Development and an expert in providing state of the art public interface multi-media Portals and was the National Co-ordinator of Operations and Development for the UK Police Portal and was strategic business lead as a Senior Detective to for the Association of Police Officers of England, Wales, Scotland, Police Service of Northern Ireland and the British Transport Police. |
Specialist Criminal Justice Consultant
Worked extensively with all the major criminal justice agencies. Developed comprehensive risk assessments for staff, commercial premises and isolated work premises. A former police supervisor from Greater Manchester Police also provided expert consultancy to the Youth Justice Board and Crown Prosecution Service for risks and issues management. |
Senior Computer Forensic Consultant
A former New Scotland Yard Detective with over 20 years investigative experience. Our consultant has been involved in many diverse computer related investigations, including the offences of child abuse, computer misuse and terrorist related investigations. A former founder member of the multi-agency National Hi-Tech Crime Unit and an expert witness for forensic investigations within the criminal and high courts. |
